⚠️Disappointed with Decathlon India's Customer Service⚠️
I rarely post complaints publicly, but after exhausting all formal channels, I feel compelled to share my experience.
It has been over 100 days since I raised a refund/wallet-related complaint with Decathlon India. Despite:
Multiple follow-ups
Re-submitting the same documents several times
Escalations to senior teams
Raising a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH)
There has been no resolution.
The only response I continue to receive is:
"Please give us some time, your concern is on priority."
Unfortunately, "priority" has meant months of waiting with no action.
As a customer, this prolonged delay, repeated expiry of wallet balance, and lack of accountability has been extremely frustrating. I hope this post brings attention to the issue and encourages Decathlon to resolve long-pending customer grievances in a timely and responsible manner.
